Calling all creative women over 40

Recently I shared my dream of launching an agency that is fully owned and operated by women over 40. It’s called Grown-Ass Creative. Maybe you saw the post on LinkedIn. Maybe you listened to the short episode I published.

The response was incredible. I received thousands of comments, direct messages, emails and texts from women who want to be a part of it! While I would love to hire every single one of you today, I am only one person. (Are we any closer to that cloning thing?) I do have a few projects coming up and will be sharing some open roles if you’re interested. but in the meantime, I want to know how best to support you.
